Dear Andy, I write to say thank you for the works completed at St.Josephs close in Olney. The projects undertaken by Larkin Homes are never straight forward so having the opportunity to work with a contractor that understands the complexity of the trade is priceless.

As per usual you were available and punctual, plus your quotation came back to me in a timely manner. Having discussed the customer's needs I was confident that the work would be in line with expectations and that the specifics would not be missed. Furthermore, as the work was to be completed over the Christmas period it would involve a high level of communication and trust.

Of course, we were not disappointed. In fact my customer was complimentary about both John and James who were able to share their expertise to progress the works. To top it off, as the project came to completion, you were good enough to shift priorities to facilitate our snagging schedule.
